Who provides the service

LaunchIT is operated by Space Futures Consulting LLC, Portland, Maine. Contact: info@spacefuturesconsulting.com.

Online purchases are not currently activated. The full business mailing address will be displayed before purchases are enabled.

Inquiries and pilot pricing

The public site currently invites contact about proposed research packages. An inquiry does not place an order, start work, create a subscription or authorize a charge. The listed prices describe proposed pilot packages; scope, coverage, availability, billing and any applicable taxes must be confirmed before paid work. The account and payment features described below apply only when activated.

What you receive

LaunchIT provides research from public records and dated provider references. Comparisons are preliminary planning research. Provider confirmation is required for availability, price, technical suitability and contractual terms. Project signals do not establish purchasing intent. LaunchIT does not reserve launches, negotiate launch contracts, or accept launch deposits through this service.

Mission Brief

The pilot price is $99 USD plus applicable tax for one mission research snapshot and 30 days of related schedule monitoring. This is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. The saved brief remains viewable in your account after monitoring ends, subject to the retention policy.

Opportunity Monitor

The pilot price is $149 USD per month plus applicable tax for one user and up to 25 watched organizations. It renews monthly until cancelled. The checkout requires affirmative agreement to renewal. Cancel the next renewal through Manage subscription in your workspace before the next billing date. Access continues through the paid period; cancellation does not itself create a prorated refund.

Delivery and refunds

Access begins after confirmed payment. Source coverage is checked before checkout. If we cannot deliver a purchased service, contact us for correction or a refund of the undelivered service. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported promptly. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful civilian business research. Do not submit controlled technical data, confidential documents, payment credentials or sensitive personal information. Do not use the service to arrange prohibited transactions. Source links and factual references do not transfer ownership of third-party content or grant a right to redistribute it.

Research limitations

Records can be incomplete, delayed or contradictory. Check the source and date before relying on a finding. We do not guarantee a launch, a sale, a particular business outcome, regulatory approval or compliance clearance. These terms do not replace any legal or technical review needed for your actual activities.
